What is My365

A partner program built around how MSPs actually work.

Microsoft 365 is the most common platform you’ll deploy for clients. My365 helps your MSP land it consistently, deliver it confidently, and scale it without burning out the team you already have.

One platform, one playbook

Every My365 plan gives your team unlimited access to a shared playbook: training paths, tenant baselines, project templates, and Monty Monitor — an AI assistant grounded in Microsoft documentation, available in Teams and our Partner Center in SharePoint.

Plus tier? You also get done-for-you delivery on client work, multi-tenant baseline tools, and direct booking time with our specialists when something gets messy.

Who it’s for

If your MSP touches Microsoft 365, My365 fits.

Whether you’re a two-person shop just landing your first M365 clients or a 50-tech firm running hundreds of tenants, the program scales with you.

Just getting started

You know clients want Microsoft 365 but you’re tired of figuring it out solo. My365 Learn gives your team training, Monty Monitor (our AI assistant), and reduced project rates.

Scaling your practice

You’re landing M365 deals and need consistency across tenants. My365 Plus adds multi-tenant baselines, done-for-you delivery, and priority specialist access.

Ready for compliance

Clients ask about audits, security baselines, and AI governance. We bring the security & compliance projects (with reduced rates on Plus) so you don’t have to staff for them.

Officially recognized by Microsoft. Netlogic My365 holds the Microsoft Solutions Partner — Modern Work designation: a partner-program tier earned by demonstrating Microsoft 365 deployment, security, and adoption performance across measurable customer success metrics. The same expertise we bring to your client engagements. And we want every My365 partner to earn this designation themselves. Every license you sell, every tenant you stand up, accumulates partner-program metrics for your MSP — not ours.
In every plan

What every My365 plan gives you.

The shared foundation. Whether you’re on Learn or Plus, your team gets all of these from day one.

Unlimited Team Members

Every tech, sales rep, and account manager on your team gets access. No per-seat math.

Internal Staff Training Hub

A structured M365 learning path for new techs — from basics to advanced administration.

Certification Program Access

Help your team earn recognized Microsoft 365 credentials — useful for proposals and pricing.

M365 Implementation Support

Stuck on a deployment? Open a ticket and a specialist walks you through it.

White-Label Marketing Content

Email templates, one-pagers, and pitch decks you can rebrand and send to your clients.

AI Development Support

Build your own Microsoft 365 Copilot agents and AI workflows with help from our team.

Meet Monty Monitor — your AI assistant

Monty grounds his answers in Microsoft documentation and our internal playbooks. Ask any Microsoft question in Teams or our Partner Center in SharePoint — both via guest access in Netlogic’s own tenant.

Reduced Project Rates

When you outsource a project to us, you pay member-only rates — significantly lower than retail.

End-User Get Started Guides

Interactive walk-throughs for Windows 11 and macOS users running our baseline. Send the link and reclaim L1/L2 ticket time.

How you use the Baseline, by plan.

My365 Learn

Run it on your own tenant first.

Deploy the Baseline to your MSP’s internal Microsoft 365 tenant. Learn how every control behaves with your own apps and workflows before you ever touch a client tenant. Drift detection via Intune compliance reporting and Defender Vulnerability Management means you’ll know the moment configuration shifts.

  • Internal-only deployment
  • Practice operating it before selling it
  • Calibrated exceptions documented and versioned (current: Winter 2025)
My365 Plus

Roll it out to every client tenant.

Multi-tenant Baseline deployment across all the Microsoft 365 tenants you manage. The same configuration we run, the same configuration you’ve practiced internally, now on every client. When an auditor asks how a tenant is configured, you have a defensible, documented, framework-aligned answer.

  • Multi-tenant rollout & tenant assessments
  • Versioned baseline updates ship as Service Activities
  • Premium for the Baseline can be billed at $399–$999/mo per client as part of your MSP agreement

Pair the Baseline with end-user guides that cut your ticket volume.

Build your margin

Where your profit comes from.

My365 isn’t just an enabler. It’s structured so you can mark up and resell every piece. Here’s how partners turn the program into recurring revenue and project margin.

All-Inclusive Billing Model

Bundle Service Activities into your MSP agreements for predictable, recurring revenue.

Recommended client uplift +$399–$999/mo per client

Justified by annual or semi-annual Baseline updates that keep client tenants up to date and compliant with the latest standards. Bill as if the tenant were a managed server. Netlogic doesn’t resell licenses — that margin stays with your CSP relationship (or moves your client direct to Microsoft).

Out-of-Scope Project Billing

Pass project work to us at My365 rates and bill clients at fair market rates.

Net margin per hour on Plus 1-Year +$100/hr

Suggested client rate: $250/hr. We do the technical work; you keep the relationship and the margin.

Suggested client pricing for common Service Activities.

Two of the highest-leverage activities you can resell, and what successful partners typically charge:

Chargeable Service My365 Learn (Monthly) My365 Plus (Monthly & 1-Year) Suggested Client Charge
Baseline Builder Setup ✖ Not included
Learn is for your tenant only.
✔ 1 Service Activity / out of 10 $399–$999 monthly management fee
Depending on client size; bill as if the tenant were a managed server.
Tenant Assessment ✖ Not included ✔ 1 Service Activity / out of 10 Include with monthly management fee, or $499 one-time

💡 Tip: Even if you offer “all-inclusive” services, a Tenant Management fee should still be on your agreement, just as it would be for a managed server.

Why this is defensible to clients and auditors: the Baseline Builder configuration is the same Microsoft Zero Trust baseline we operate on our own endpoints. Aligned to the Microsoft Win11 25H2 Security Baseline, CIS Level 1, NIST CSF, and ISO 27001. See the Netlogic Security Posture & Compliance Architecture report for every control and how it maps.

30-hour project, side by side: Plus Monthly vs Plus 1-Year.

A representative project that an MSP would typically run through us. Same client charge; different margin depending on which Plus tier you’re on.

Plus Monthly Partner
  • Project length30 hours
  • Your project rate$175/hr
  • Our cost to you$5,250
  • Suggested billable rate$250/hr
  • Total charge to client$7,500
Your profit $2,250
⭐ Plus 1-Year Partner — best margin
  • Project length30 hours
  • Your project rate$150/hr
  • Our cost to you$4,500
  • Suggested billable rate$250/hr
  • Total charge to client$7,500
Your profit $3,000

You invoice the client. We take care of the technical work. Your responsibility is the client relationship.

Project work eligible for pass-through billing.

Larger, scoped engagements where Plus partners typically run the project through My365 and resell at market rate:

  • File Migrations
    SharePoint, OneDrive, file-server consolidation
  • Email Migrations
To Microsoft 365, between tenants, mailbox cutover
  • Power Platform Apps
Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse buildouts
  • Hybrid Entra ID Setups
Entra Connect, conditional access, hybrid identity
  • Copilot Agent & AI Services
Copilot Studio agents, Copilot for M365 rollouts

Four ways MSPs maximize profit on My365.

  1. 1
    Invoice for every Service Activity.

Make sure the work you use on a client’s tenant is billed back. Transferring our cost to your clients is the cleanest path to consistent margin.

  2. 2
    Package and upsell.

A flat-fee Microsoft 365 management, security, and training bundle has higher perceived value than line-itemed services and is easier to sell.

  3. 3
Run the bigger projects through us.

Migrations, Power Platform, Hybrid Entra ID, Copilot agents. Large-scale work yields substantial returns with minimal touch on your side.

  4. 4
    Acquire more clients.

Recurring revenue scales without adding fixed cost when My365 is bundled into every new MSP agreement.

Expert Service Activities

Concrete deliverables your techs can use, every month.

Expert Service Activities are pre-scoped Microsoft 365 work blocks. Use them to unblock your techs internally (Learn) or to deliver tangible work to your clients (Plus). They reset every month.

Tenant assessment & baseline review

We audit a Microsoft 365 tenant against current security best practices and produce a prioritized remediation list.

Conditional Access policy build

Design and roll out a Conditional Access baseline that fits your client’s industry and risk tolerance.

Intune device baseline

Deploy a Microsoft Intune device-compliance and configuration baseline for a tenant.

Microsoft Purview labels & DLP

Configure information protection labels and Data Loss Prevention policies for sensitive client data.

Copilot rollout planning

Build a staged Microsoft 365 Copilot rollout plan with governance guardrails (Purview, Copilot Control System).

Compliance gap workshop

Map a client’s Microsoft 365 environment against a chosen framework (SOC 2, HIPAA, NIST, etc.).

FAQs

Honest answers to the questions MSPs actually ask.

Getting started

What is My365, in one sentence?
A partner program for Managed Services Providers that bundles Microsoft 365 training, multi-tenant tooling, white-label marketing, and expert delivery support — on one flat monthly rate.
Who is this for?
MSPs that already serve (or plan to serve) clients on Microsoft 365. Whether you’re a 2-person shop just learning M365 or a 50-tech firm running hundreds of tenants, we have a tier that fits.
What if I’m a one-person shop?
My365 Learn works fine. The training hub, AI support, certification program, and reduced project rates pay back even for a single person — and you can grow into the team-member math without changing plans.
How fast can I onboard?
Same week, typically. We onboard you with a kickoff call, grant your team guest access to Netlogic’s Tenant so they can use Monty Monitor in Teams and the Partner Center in SharePoint, hand off the playbook, and walk through your first Expert Service Activity together.

Plans & pricing

What’s the difference between Learn and Plus?

Learn ($999/mo) is internal-focused: training, baselines, AI support, and 5 Expert Service Activities per month for use on your own tenant or for learning.

Plus ($1,599/mo, 1-year) adds done-for-you client delivery: 10 total Service Activities per month usable on your clients’ tenants, multi-tenant tools, priority booking with specialists, and sales/QBR co-delivery.

Can I switch from Learn to Plus?
Yes — any time. Most MSPs start on Learn for the first month or two, then move to Plus once they have client work in flight.
What’s your month-to-month rate for Plus?
Higher than the 1-year rate, and we set it case-by-case based on your scope. Most partners go with the 1-year rate after the first conversation. Talk to us if month-to-month is the only thing that works for you.
Are Microsoft 365 licenses included?

No — and we don’t sell them either. Netlogic My365 does not sell Microsoft 365 licenses to any tenant. We help you sell licenses to your clients so the margin stays with your MSP.

Two paths, depending on where you are:

  • You already have a CSP (Pax8, Ingram Micro, Sherweb, TD SYNNEX, etc.) — we help you pick the right SKUs for each engagement and your CSP handles provisioning and billing.
  • You don’t have a CSP yet — we help your client buy direct from Microsoft, and we coach you on the path to picking up your own CSP relationship when the volume justifies it.

My365 is the technical, training, and delivery program around the licensing. Licensing margin stays with you.

Service activities & delivery

What’s an Expert Service Activity?
A pre-scoped Microsoft 365 work block. Examples: a Conditional Access baseline build, an Intune compliance rollout, a Purview labels & DLP setup, a Copilot governance plan. Each activity is a defined deliverable with clear scope.
What happens if I don’t use my activities one month?
Activities reset monthly — they don’t roll over. We’ll proactively suggest activities during your weekly partner strategy call so you don’t leave value on the table.
What’s “done-for-you delivery” on Plus?
For client-facing work, our team executes the Service Activity end-to-end on the client tenant. You own the relationship; we do the technical work and hand it back with documentation.
What’s “Sales & QBR co-delivery”?
A My365 specialist joins your client sales calls and Quarterly Business Reviews to provide Microsoft 365 expertise, answer technical questions, and help you close deals or expand existing ones.

Tools & content

What’s in the Baseline Builder?
A library of Microsoft 365 tenant baselines (Conditional Access, Intune device compliance, Purview labels, Defender baselines) you can apply to client tenants. Plus tier adds multi-tenant orchestration so you can roll out a baseline across many tenants at once.
What’s the white-label marketing content?
Email templates, one-page client briefs, pitch decks, and educational content about Microsoft 365 security, Copilot, and migration. You rebrand them with your logo and ship to your clients.
Who is Monty Monitor?

Monty Monitor is your team’s AI support assistant on My365. He’s grounded on Microsoft documentation, our internal playbooks, and current best practices — ask him any Microsoft-related question and get a sourced answer before escalating to a human.

Your techs reach Monty two ways, both via guest access in Netlogic’s own Microsoft 365 tenant:

  • Microsoft Teams — chat with Monty inline, the same way you’d chat with a colleague.
  • My365 Partner Center in SharePoint — ask Monty inside the same workspace where you find playbooks, baseline assets, and marketing collateral.

Asking Monty does not consume Service Activities; only direct sessions with a My365 Team Member do.

Does this replace my Microsoft CSP relationship?

No. My365 sits alongside your CSP. We don’t resell licenses, we don’t take over your client billing, and we don’t insert ourselves between you and your CSP — we strengthen the technical practice you wrap around the licensing relationship you already have.

If you don’t have a CSP yet, we help your client buy direct from Microsoft and coach you toward picking one up when your volumes warrant it.

Will My365 help me grow into a Microsoft Solutions Partner myself?

Yes — that’s the explicit goal. Every license you sell, every client tenant you stand up, every Microsoft 365 deployment success score you accumulate counts toward your Microsoft partner-program metrics, not ours. We want every MSP in the program to earn the Microsoft Solutions Partner — Modern Work designation as their capabilities and volume grow.

The Baseline Builder, Service Activities, training, marketing collateral, and Monty Monitor are the leverage that moves you up the partner-program ladder faster than going it alone.

How do I actually make money on Plus?
Two paths. (1) Recurring: bundle Service Activities into your MSP agreements and raise client fees by $399–$999/month, justified by Baseline updates that keep their tenant compliant. (2) Projects: run larger pieces of work (file migrations, email migrations, Power Platform, Hybrid Entra ID, Copilot agents) through us at your project hourly rate and bill the client at $250/hr market rate. The Profit section walks through the math.
What can I bill my clients for above and beyond what My365 includes?
A Tenant Management fee per client, even if you offer "all-inclusive" services. Suggested $399–$999/month per client tenant depending on size. Plus $499 one-time Tenant Assessment is a common starter charge. Project work (migrations, Power Platform, hybrid identity, Copilot) is billed separately at your suggested $250/hr client rate.
What kinds of projects can I run through you?
File migrations (SharePoint, OneDrive, file-server consolidation), email migrations to Microsoft 365, Power Platform apps and automations, Hybrid Entra ID setups (Entra Connect, conditional access), and Copilot Agent / Copilot for M365 rollouts. You scope and quote the project; we deliver the technical work; you keep the client relationship and the margin.
What’s the difference between a Service Activity and a project?
A Service Activity is a discrete consultation or assistance booking (a meeting, a screen-share, a chat session, a discovery call). Plus includes 10/month, Learn includes 5/month. A project is multi-hour delivery work (migrations, builds, rollouts) billed by the hour at your plan’s project rate. Service Activities can be used to scope the project before you quote.
Is there a partner referral incentive?
Yes. Refer another MSP to My365, and when they join the program we send a $500 Visa Gift Card as a thank-you. Existing partners can submit referrals through the Profit Hub or via email.
Can I see your security posture before I commit?

Yes. We publish a Public Security Posture & Compliance Architecture report covering every internal control, mapped to the Microsoft Zero Trust pillars (Identity, Devices, Apps, Data, Infrastructure) and aligned to 11+ frameworks including the Microsoft Win11 25H2 Security Baseline, CIS Level 1, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and MITRE ATT&CK.

It’s the same configuration we deploy through Baseline Builder to your client tenants. We operate it ourselves first, which means when your client’s auditor or compliance reviewer asks tough questions, you have a defensible answer.

How do you help us cut Level 1 and 2 ticket volume?

We publish two comprehensive end-user guides that explain how to operate a Windows 11 PC or a macOS device running our baseline: sign-in flows, MFA, BitLocker / FileVault recovery, the approved-app install model, OneDrive setup, Teams onboarding, the everyday questions that turn into tickets when nobody documents them.

Open them here: Windows 11 Get Started · macOS Get Started. Both are interactive, illustrated, and kept current with each baseline release. Most partners send the link with their welcome email; the time you don’t spend on resets and “how do I” tickets is margin you keep.

Do you operate the same baseline you ship to my clients?
Yes. The Baseline Builder configuration we deploy through Plus is the same Microsoft Zero Trust posture we operate on Netlogic’s own endpoints. 18 Defender ASR rules in Block mode, BitLocker with Entra recovery escrow, NTLMv2-only authentication, SMBv1 disabled, App Control in Audit mode, and ~57 device-level configurations curated from the Microsoft Win11 25H2 Security Baseline. Read every control in the public report.
