Notes: Plus 1-Year pricing is the best value at $159.90 per Service Activity and $150/hr project rate. Month-to-month Plus is $1,799/mo. Netlogic does not resell Microsoft 365 licenses — you sell licenses to your clients through your own CSP (Pax8, Ingram Micro, Sherweb, etc.) or we help your client buy direct from Microsoft. Licensing margin stays with you. Final pricing and any custom-scope considerations are confirmed in your written partner agreement. This estimate is valid for 30 days.
About the My365 Program
My365 is Netlogic Computer Consulting’s partner program for Managed Services Providers serving Microsoft 365 customers. We provide the training, multi-tenant tooling, white-label marketing, expert delivery support, and end-user enablement an MSP needs to grow a credible, profitable Microsoft 365 practice without staffing up to do it.

What is a Service Activity?
A Service Activity (or “Booking”) is a discrete consultation or assistance session with a My365 Team Member: a Teams meeting, a screen-share session, a chat session, project planning, client discovery calls, or scoping meetings. Plus partners can use them on their client tenants. Recorded when possible. Not Service Activities: Ask Monty AI interactions, Viva Engage participation, weekly AMA calls, weekly Partner Strategy calls.

How MSPs Make Money on My365
Two paths to margin. Both are designed so you stay client-facing while we handle the technical work.
Path 1 — All-Inclusive Billing Model
Bundle Service Activities into your MSP agreement. Recommend a Microsoft 365 Management, Security, and Training package as a line item your clients see every month. Suggested client uplift: $399–$999 per client per month, depending on tenant size. The justification: annual or semi-annual Baseline updates that keep their tenant up to date and compliant with the latest standards. Bill it as if the tenant were a managed server.
Path 2 — Out-of-Scope Project Billing
Pass project work to us at My365 rates and bill clients at fair market rates. Suggested client rate: $250/hr. On the Plus 1-Year tier, your project cost is $150/hr, so you net +$100/hr with us doing the technical work and you keeping the client relationship.
